I’m still waiting for my check, what can i do?

So you’ve reached your minimum payout and have been waiting for your check to arrive, but still nothing in your mail box?

The shipping delay varies from approximately 2 weeks (United-States) to a couple of months (Asian countries), depending on your country location and postal service.  As the checks are sent through regular mail, no tracking number is issued.

If you feel you’ve waited too long for the check, and want to cancel it to receive your payment through another payment method, a 15$ cancellation fee will be charged by our bank and removed from the amount sent to you.

To avoid the cancellation fee, you can decide to let the check expire, which is 6 months after the check is sent. Your commission will then be automatically put back in your CrakRevenue account at the end of the expiration month, for the following payment (e.g. a check of July 15 would expire on Jan 15 but would be returned to your account on Feb 1, and paid the following payment date, so Feb 15).

Make sure to update your payment method  (if necessary) AT LEAST 5 days before a payment date, to be sure to receive your payment on time.

Where can I see my paid amount and my payment history?

Select ”Payment History” to view your invoices and payments. On this page you will have an overview of your account balance, your individual invoices, and your individual payment receipts.

An invoice is generated every period if the amount is more than $0,00

A brief summary is also shown on your dashboard:

6 reasons why you didn’t receive your payment

Here are the main reasons why you didn’t receive your payment:

1. You didn’t reach your minimum payout yet.

Your dashboard will indicate your current balance and your commission amount will be carried over until you reach your minimum payout.
When that’s the case, an invoice amount will be shown with the status Carried Over. All the carried over invoices that are not yet paid will be when the sum of all of them will reach the minimum payout amount.

2. It hasn’t been 30 days since the end of the period yet.

We pay Net 30 (bi-monthly)*. That means you get paid 30 days after the end of a period in which you reach your minimum payout.

There are two payment periods per month. The first starts on the 1st of the month and ends on the 15th. The second period starts on the 16th and ends on the last day of the month.

Example: If you reach your minimum payout during the March 1 to March 15 period, your payment will be sent on April 15.

3. You didn’t select a payment method in your profile

4. You did not modify your billing information in time.

All Billing Information configuration & any modifications must be made at least 5 days before the end of the period, otherwise any due payment will be automatically postponed to the next payment period.

5. Your payment information is not accurate, complete, or valid.

6. (If you are using Paxum) The e-mail address or your Paxum account information you put is inaccurate/incomplete.

Cashing / depositing CrakRevenue’s check

All checks issued by our bank are paid in US dollars (USD$).

Please note that we are a Canadian company. Our issuing bank is in Canada.

Unfortunately, some banks have stricter policies when it comes to cashing/depositing checks from other countries. Some banks may subject foreign checks to additional holding times, fees, and some may even refuse to cash them.

Please contact your financial institution to ask about their own restrictions before selecting check as your preferred payment method.

Here are some questions to ask:

Do you accept check or transfers coming from a Canadian bank?

Do you accept USD?

What is the minimum amount required to cash out a check (from a Canadian bank, paid in USD)?

As a reminder, we also offer payment by Paxum and Wire transfer as an alternative. Payment Restrictions apply.

Can I get paid even though I’ve earned less than $100?

Unfortunately, you must reach the defined minimum payout to be paid.

The minimum payout is $100.

If you’re struggling to reach this amount, first we must understand why.

There may be 5 Reasons You’re Not Reaching Your Minimum Payout…

#1 –  You don’t have enough traffic

And as painstakingly obvious as it may be, if you’re not receiving enough traffic to your site or campaign, generating conversions — much less reaching your minimum payout — is going to be a constant battle. Especially generating enough conversions to push you past that payment threshold!

#2 – You don’t have the right traffic

Not every offer you push is going to result in sales with every traffic source. A not-so-right traffic source can cause a domino effect…

#3 – You’re all over the place

Focus on the quality of your campaigns, not quantity.

#4 – You’re jumping the gun

If you’re seeing 23 uniques to an offer but no leads, don’t halt your campaign, don’t contact support or your Affiliate Advisor—give it time.  Don’t act too hastily when just beginning to send traffic to something.

#5 – Your Ads are getting blocked by AdBlock and you’re not doing anything about it…
