It’s important to note that Wire and Check exceptions are regularly changing. Please contact your financial institution to ask about their own restrictions before selecting one of them. Here are some questions to ask:
Do you accept check or transfers coming from a Canadian bank?
Do you accept USD?
What is the minimum amount required to cash out a check (from a Canadian bank, paid in USD)?
Is your e-wallet, banking information, or address, listed under someone else’s name? Regardless of the method, your best bet would be to check with that individual. They may know more than we do since it’s their account we’re talking about! Remember we cannot be responsible for the funds following the completion of a payment, especially if the account is for someone else.
