How can I determine the value (or worth) of my website?

A good rule of thumb for determining your site’s worth is:

Your site’s monthly revenue x 12 months = Potential sale price

In other words, whatever revenue your site might earn in 1 year’s time — that’s typically the price many industry players would be happy to pay.
